Don began protecting homes and business in Middletown back in the late 70’s. Growing up and raising his family in Middletown, Don has always been committed to his hometown and the people living and working here. Don has owned Middletown Security Systems, Inc. since 1977. He originally got his start in business in Real Estate, as times changed he learned that their was an opportunity to not only sell people homes but that these same people needed to secure their homes and business as well. Suzanne H. Straus, Vice President
Suzanne has worked in the family business since the early 80’s. She graduated from Miami University with a degree in business management. Like most family owned and operated business, her job description is constantly changing and evolving as the needs of the business change. She supervises the central station staff along with the other office employees. Suzanne most recently has been working as a sales representative and is enjoying learning the technical end of the business.
